Distilled rice is a very refreshing drink in summer. It is sweet and has a bit of wine flavor. In the northwestern city, I come home from get off work in the summer and have a glass of fermented juice.

Heat Relief Drink|sweet Wine

1. Wash the glutinous rice and pour it into the pot

2. Pour in water to cover the glutinous rice, close the lid, and select the rice function button

3. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes and it will be ready to loosen the glutinous rice

4. Let the glutinous rice cool to about room temperature, prepare the rice koji (the key), with an appropriate amount of water

5. Mash the rice koji

6. Put a layer of rice koji on the bottom of the bowl

7. Spread a layer of glutinous rice

8. Lightly compact

9. Repeated operation, one layer of rice koji, one layer of glutinous rice

11. After sealing and wrapping in a quilt for 72 hours, it is ready to eat

Tips:

If you want the juice of the fermented rice, you can add more water, or leave it for a longer time, the juice will increase.
