Prepare the materials first

Wash and slice the pork, add barbecue ingredients, cumin powder, cooking wine, cornstarch, and grab it with your hands

Cover with insurance film and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 12 hours

Blanch the bamboo sticks in hot water

The marinated meat slices are put on the bamboo skewers, and they should be fat and thin.

Wrap the exposed areas of the bamboo sticks with tin foil

Put the meat skewers on the grilling net and put them in the preheated oven. Count the second layer from top to bottom. Heat up and down at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. (Use a baking tray underneath, there will be oil dripping when baking, so as not to stain the oven)

In the middle of the process, you can evenly brush the remaining juice of the marinated meat on the skewers

Sprinkle with chili powder and continue to bake until the time is up

The grilled meat skewers are hot and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and a little chili powder.
Tips:
1. When wearing kebabs, be fat and lean, so that the grilled meat will have oil.
2. The grilled skewers must be sprinkled with sesame seeds while it is hot. This will give the fragrance of sesame. Or you can sauté the sesame seeds before sprinkling it, it will be more fragrant.
3. My chili powder is not spicy, so I use more, just to add color

This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
