The nutritious and delicious porridge can be eaten by babies"

Hen Pumpkin Porridge

1. Half old hen, wash it up

2. Chop the old chicken into small pieces, wash it with clean water, and store it for later use

3. Cut the pumpkin and carrot into strips

4. Celery and leek are cut into small pieces

5. A cup of rice, soak and wash

6. Soak the rice with oil and salt for a while

7. Put three liters of water, all vegetables, and ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Slowly cook for 15 minutes after the water has boiled

8. Then put all the chicken nuggets in, and simmer for 15 minutes after the water is boiled

9. Finally, pour all the rice in the bowl and let it cook for about an hour.

10. It will be ok in about an hour. Try the taste first, if it’s not salty enough, add salt and chicken essence to taste

11. Let's have a small bowl for the baby first

Tips:

The old hen is fatter, but better nutritious. When the chicken nuggets are put in, the chicken fat will come up after rolling it for a while. Use a spoon to pour out the chicken fat.

Remember to add salt after trying the flavor, because the rice has been soaked with salt in advance.

Add celery and leek porridge will be more delicious.
