Simmer for about 15 minutes. Open the lid and turn the noodles. The bottom is covered with soy sauce, but the top is not. You can loosen the noodles with chopsticks. If the noodles are too white, you can sprinkle a little soy sauce and mix well. Then simmer on low heat for about five minutes.
Tips:
1. Don't stir the noodles directly after putting them in. Place the dishes under the noodles. 2. The round noodles are harder, and the flat stuffy looks almost complete and delicious. , Next time I will do it with a flat one.
