The flour is mixed with red yeast rice powder. I used 10 grams of red yeast rice powder. The color is a bit heavier. It should be fine with 6 grams.

Add water to make dough with moderate hardness, and make good dough for more than half an hour

Divide the dough and roll out the skins, and then arrange the four skins as shown in the picture. Roll out the dough as much as possible

Spread the dumpling filling in the middle

Then fold the skin from bottom to top and press the edges tightly.

Rolled up from one end, it becomes like a rose. The stuffing in my bag is a bit too much, and the prepared flowers are too fat and not very beautiful

Use a non-stick wok, add a little oil after the pan is heated, add the dumplings and fry for a minute to make the bottom a little hard

Add water. The amount of water should be boiled for about 4 minutes. After adding water, close the lid and cook for about 4 minutes on medium and low heat.

When the water is boiled dry, the dumplings are cooked, open the lid and fry for half a minute to get out of the pan
Tips:
1. I didn't weigh the water, it was added according to my usual experience, and it just boiled dry for 4 minutes.
2. The red yeast rice powder will be slightly bitter if you add too much, so reduce the amount if you don’t like the taste of red yeast rice powder
