Hericium and Chickpea Pork Rib Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the chickpeas for a few hours

Hericium edodes soaked for several hours

Boil the ribs and remove them

Wash the soaked Hericium erinaceus and cut into small pieces; wash the five-finger hair peach

Put the ribs and ginger slices in the pot, add 2000ml of water, boil to remove the foam

Add chickpeas, hericium edodes and five-finger peaches, turn to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours
