Hericium and Fish Maw Chicken Soup

Soak the Hericium erinaceus and wash it several times.

Tear the Hericium erinaceus into small pieces.
3.
Blanch the fish maw with water until soft.
4.
Cut into small pieces.
5.
Peel the old hen, chop into pieces, scald the bleeding water, and rinse.

Peel the ginger and pat it flat.

Put the above ingredients into the soup pot, pour in the right amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and turn to low heat for 2 hours.

Peel the yam and cut into small pieces.
9.
Put the yam in the soup pot and continue to boil for 30 minutes.
