Hericium Edodes
1.
After washing the Hericium erinaceus, soak it with water. The hericium erinaceus will be very big after soaking. One or a half is enough. Then tear it into small flowers and soak for about two or three hours.
2.
Wash the old hen and chop it into large pieces. The pork bones are the kind of ribs that are bought without meat, which can make the soup more flavorful.
3.
Put all the ingredients except salt into the pot, (red dates need to be shelled) and pour enough water
4.
After the high fire is boiled, skim the scum and oil, and boil for 2-3 hours on a low fire.
5.
Peel the yam and cut into small pieces
6.
After 2 hours of boiling soup
7.
Finally add salt to taste
Tips:
1: Don't pour the water used for soaking Hericium erinaceus to make soup directly;
2: Add enough water to the soup at one time, avoid adding water in the middle, and add boiling water if you want to add it!
