Hi Zhou Xiaoqian's Gingerbread House

Prepare the ingredients

Put brown sugar powder and butter in a container and melt in water;

Mix all the ingredients in the noodle part (preferably liquid first, then solid);

Mix and knead by hand to form a smooth dough, put the kneaded dough in the refrigerator to chill and relax for 1 hour;

The loose dough is placed on the chopping board and rolled into a thin dough sheet with a thickness of about 0.3CM. The dough sheet is placed on the baking tray. After pressing it with a mold, remove the excess dough.

Pierce some holes with a fork (or not), brush a layer of egg water, let it rest for about 20 minutes, and then brush a layer of egg water;

Preheat the oven at 170°C for 5 minutes, put it in the baking tray and continue to bake for 20 minutes (depending on the size of the biscuits), and bake it to the degree of coloring you like, then take it out.

Bake and let cool;

Mix egg whites with powdered sugar and stir, add lemon juice, and continue to stir to become meringue frosting;

Start to "build a house" on the base. First assemble the bottom, and then build the small house on the side. After the icing is dry, start to build the roof;

Decorate the house according to your liking, and sprinkle some powdered sugar on the whole house, and the gingerbread house is complete. (The Christmas tree next to the house is gingerbread made from the same dough, so you can decorate it as you like)
Tips:
1. If the decorative icing is not used up, you can wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator (can be stored for about a week)
