Hibiscus Clam Soup

Beat eggs in half a bowl of warm boiling water, put them in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

Cut the geoduck to remove the outer membrane and wash the internal organs into slices. Soak the scallops in warm water and press them into silk with a knife.

Wash the wok and add half a large bowl of water, add the scallops, add salt to adjust the taste when the water is boiling, then add the geoduck slices and green cabbage leaves. Turn off the heat immediately when the soup is turned on again.

Open the steamer, place the green cabbage leaves in the middle of the steamed water egg, pour the geoduck soup and serve.
Tips:
No need to add MSG or chicken essence, just take the natural umami of scallops and geoduck!
