Hokkien Sour

One white radish, peeled.

Cut thin slices into a container, add mineral water or cool boiled, add 3 tablespoons of salt, soak for 2 hours, soak bitter water

Add white vinegar, white sugar, salt, stir and put in the refrigerator overnight.
