After mixing the low flour, almond flour, and salt, pour it into the butter, stir evenly, and stir to form a dough
5.
Put the dough in the container and refrigerate for 30-1 hours

Place them in the baking tray at regular intervals. Use a pattern mold to press the flower shape in the middle of the half of the biscuit embryo. Gently take out the pressed flower shape and place it in other positions for baking
9.
Put it in the oven after preheating, bake it, take it out and put it on the grill until it’s not hot
10.
After cooling the biscuits, take the part with a hollow pattern in the middle, and sieve powdered sugar on the surface
11.
Take the uncut biscuits and smear the jam in the middle of the reverse side
12.
Then gently press the piece sprinkled with powdered sugar on it.
Tips:
1. If there is no powdered sugar, you can put fine sugar into the grinder and grind it into powdered sugar;
2. Fully mix until the dough has no dry powder state, but don't stir it too much, just mix and mix without dry powder and form a dough;
3. The styling is as you like, and you can use whatever mold you have;
4. If it is not a non-stick bakeware, you need to spread greased paper on the bakeware.
