Home-boiled Yellow Croaker

Ingredients: small yellow croaker, green onion ginger, garlic, peppercorns

Remove the scales and gills of the small yellow croaker. Add pepper, peppercorns, and two teaspoons of white wine, and pick it up for 30 minutes.

Pickled yellow croaker dipped in a thin layer of dry flour

Put the oil in the pan to heat, add the small yellow croaker soaked in starch and fry it.

Fry until golden brown and thoroughly remove.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute.

Put the fried yellow croaker, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine in turn

Add some salt

Add the water and fish to a boil, cover the lid and change to a low fire.

Bake for about 20 minutes, and the broth is almost completely collected and the heat can be turned off.
Tips:
This kind of small yellow croaker has a strong fishy smell, so pickling with white wine can better remove the fishy smell.
