Home-cooked Boiled Fish

Wash the ingredients and put them on the plate, wash the fish and cut into small pieces (thinly) so that the fish will cook out and tasteful

Marinate the fish for ten minutes (add 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little pepper powder, half a spoon of salt, 1 egg white, a little starch)

Add the bean sprouts and stir fry until they are seven mature, pour in water

After boiling, add the marinated fish, wait a while and use chopsticks to poke it aside, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Pour into a bowl with cabbage leaves, and evenly sprinkle the coriander on top.
Tips:
1. The cooked fish is best to be eaten while it is hot, so I bought a small alcohol pot and simmered it.
2. It is best to choose the hot pot bottom material which is fried by hand, which contains all the condiments for making boiled fish, no other condiments are needed, which saves time and trouble
