Home-cooked Boiled Fish

Wash the bean sprouts and blanch them in a pot for later use

One grass carp, boneless, sliced into fish fillets with an oblique knife. I cleaned it up by the chef who bought the fish directly, and told him to make boiled fish and he would cut it.

Pour proper cooking oil into the pot, saute the pepper, garlic, and ginger slices until fragrant

Add two spoons of bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil

Fry the fish head and fish bones until slightly yellow on both sides

Pour water into the pot, add star anise cinnamon bay leaves

After the water is boiled, add the fish fillets and add seasonings to taste

Turn off the heat when the fish fillets are cooked

Put the blanched bean sprouts in the bowl, put the boiled fish in the bowl, put some bean sprouts on top, and it's ready
