Home-cooked Fried Noodles

Shred the cabbage

Shred carrots

The noodles are steamed on a greased steamer for 15 minutes

Shred pork, cut garlic sprouts, shred green onion and ginger

After the wok is heated, add corn oil and then add pork shreds and stir fry

After the pork shreds change color, add green onions and ginger shreds

Add carrots and stir fry until the carrots become soft

Then add the garlic sprouts

Then add shredded cabbage and stir fry

When the cabbage shreds become soft, add some salt

Add some soy sauce

Finally add the steamed noodles

Stir fry evenly (if it looks too dry, add a little water)
Tips:
The vegetables added in the fried noodles can be replaced and added according to your own preferences. Steamed noodles have a very strong taste. If the stomach is not good enough, you can steam the noodles with boiling water and then stir-fry it will be much better.
