My daughter is a bit picky. She doesn’t like vegetables. She loves corn fish tofu and black fungus. So when I stir-fry the noodles, I put diced baby vegetables in it, coaxing her to say it’s a white star and I can eat it in one breath. Next big bowl 😊"

Home-cooked Fried Noodles

1. Soak the black fungus, dice bacon and fish tofu

2. Cut the greens and garlic into cubes for later use

3. Boil water, put the ramen noodles in a pot and cook until they are ripe.

4. Soak the noodles in cold water for later use

5. Corn kernels and green beans are steamed in a pot, and the fungus is boiled and picked up for later use

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir fragrant garlic

7. Stir fragrant bacon first

8. Add other ingredients and stir-fry evenly, add salt

9. Pour the noodles soaked in cold water

10. Pour some light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

11. Out of the pot

Tips:

1. Bacon can also be replaced with sausage or carrot
2. When adding all the ingredients and adding salt, the amount of salt should be a little more, because there is no salt on the noodles, the light soy sauce is somewhat sweet
3. It also tastes good to replace the noodles with rice 👍
