Home-cooked Fried Noodles

Put the noodles in a boiling pot and transfer them to a plate for later use. Put the spinach in hot water and remove it for later use. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside. Cut the cabbage into strips for later use

Put the oil in the pan, put the egg and stir fry, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and cabbage.

Add the noodles and spinach, stir fry together, then add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and minced garlic to taste.

After serving, it can be used with chili sauce, etc. for better taste
Tips:
The noodles can be of any style. If you want the egg to be golden, you can put the egg at the end.
