Ingredients: saury.

Clean up the saury and cut into sections.

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put the saury section, flourish the fire, and cook into the cooking wine.

Then cook the right amount of vinegar.

Add light soy sauce.
