Home-cooked Shredded Cabbage

One cabbage, one green pepper, and one green onion.

Tear the cabbage into large pieces by hand.

Add some white vinegar to clean water and soak for a while, and wash it several times. Although cabbage is rich in nutrients, it must be cleaned if it is sprayed with pesticides.

Cut the green pepper and chopped green onion.

The cabbage can’t be fried for too long, and it will be bitter after long.
