When I was in a good mood, I went to the supermarket to buy live shrimp and prepared the first calcium supplement meal of the week! Although it can't be called delicious food, it belongs to its own home style!

Home-cooked Shrimp

1. Purchase live shrimp from the supermarket and rinse them off!

2. Remove the shrimp thread and shrimp silk, add shredded ginger, cooking wine, and a little soy sauce to marinate!

3. Red pepper, pickled pepper, ginger, wash, shred and set aside!

4. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot and cook the ginger after the oil is hot!

5. Put the pickled peppers and red pepper shreds into the pot and stir fry for another minute!

6. After one minute, put the shrimp into the pot and stir-fry on high heat for one minute or so to get out of the pot!
