Main ingredients: North tofu, onion, green pepper, dried chili, Pixian bean paste, green onion

Cut green peppers and onions into diamond-shaped pieces, cut dried peppers into small sections, and chopped green onions

The northern tofu is first cut into thicker slices, and then cut diagonally into thick triangular slices

The cut tofu is coated with a thin layer of dried starch.

Dip the starch and fry it in a pan until golden and firm.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add dried chili and chopped green onion until fragrant

Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to get the red oil

After the red oil is fried, add the fried tofu corner and stir a little.

Add the bone broth and the tofu angle to be equal (you don’t have the bone broth and white water is fine)

Bring to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce.

Simmer for a few minutes

Simmer until the soup thickens, add the chopped onion and green pepper and stir fry quickly

Stir-fry until the green peppers and onions are dead, then turn off the heat and serve.
