Home Cooked Tofu

Prepared materials: red and yellow bell peppers are cut into small cubes, black fungus is soaked and then picked into small flowers, carrots are thinly sliced, tofu is cut into pieces

Spread a little oil in the pan; add the tofu and fry until golden on both sides; set the tofu out and set aside

Put two tablespoons of selected soy sauce in a small bowl; put one tablespoon of oyster sauce; put a teaspoon of sugar; stir well to form a sauce

Separate the wok, put an appropriate amount of oil, add the chopped green onion and fry for a fragrance

First add carrot slices and green beans and stir fry; then add black fungus and stir fry; add the fried tofu and stir fry evenly

Pour in the adjusted sauce; put in a bowl of water; simmer for a while, let the tofu taste

Finally, add red and yellow bell peppers and stir-fry evenly

In the final seasoning, you can decide whether to add salt according to your taste; personally feel the saltiness of the soy sauce is fine, so no salt is added.
Tips:
I blanched the tofu beforehand, or you can fry it without blanching it.
