Home-cooked Version Shoot Cucumber

Prepare 1 cucumber, coriander, spicy millet, garlic

Cut off the head and tail of the cucumber, then use a big knife to pat a whole cucumber (must be patted)

Tips:
The cucumber must be patted whole, and the water will be added after adding salt, the cucumber will be more crispy.
