Ingredients: Yuba skin, minced pork and surimi.

Prepare white shallots, ginger and shallots.

Mix the minced pork and surimi with the bacon ingredients.

Add 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch and stir until gelatinous, leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Soak the yuba skins beforehand, take a piece of yuba skins and spread them out.

Put in the right amount of sinking material. Use starch to smear the beancurd skin to make it sticky and won't open.

Fold the left and right sides inward, and then roll up the front end.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the method (7) into steaming for 5 to 10 minutes.

Take out the steamed yuba stuffed meat and set aside.

Heat the pan, heat a small amount of it, and carefully put the yuba stuffed meat into the pan. Blast to golden brown on both sides.

Add sliced ginger and shallots and stir fry.

Pour in the prepared sauce.

Bring to a boil on a high fire, then move to a low fire and slow it down. Turn it over carefully and cook the other side.

The fire can quickly make it color and taste. (You don’t have to cook it for too long because the yuba stuffed with meat is already steamed)
