Wash the tender corn kernels for later use. Frozen tender corn kernels are sold in supermarkets.

Corn kernels: water = 1:2 Put the washed corn kernels, rice, and water into a pot and cook.

Let cool to about 40°C, add appropriate amount of sugar, and stir in a food processor at high speed.

After filtering, it becomes a fragrant corn juice.
Tips:
1. It must be filtered, otherwise the corn husk will affect the taste;
2. Don't put too much rice, otherwise it will be too viscous and it will become corn paste;
3. You can also leave out rice, or replace it with milk powder, which is refreshing and sweet corn juice.
