Home Roasted Salmon Head

1. Remove the gills of the fish head, wash and cut into pieces, and wipe dry with a kitchen paper towel.

2. Cut tofu into pieces.

3. Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the fish head and fry until slightly yellow.

4. Pour the broth (or boiling water) without the ingredients, add the ginger and garlic, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes until the soup is milky white.

5. Add tofu, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add chicken essence, salt, pepper, open the lid and simmer for 2 minutes, close the juice, turn off the heat .
