There are not many saury sold in our local area. Every time I see it, I will buy a few, because I like to eat this kind of fish, especially stewed and grilled. It tastes good. If you like it:

1. Prepare saury

2. After cleaning up, use salt and cooking wine to remove the fishy first, and marinate for a delicious taste

3. Add oil to the pan and fry the fish

4. Take out the golden shape on both sides

5. Pour all the fish back into the pot, add sugar, white wine, and vinegar

6. Add tomato sauce

7. Add water and stew with other seasonings (no chicken essence)

8. Bring to a high fire, simmer on a low fire, and collect the juice on a high fire. This fish is more delicious with some soup. Add chicken essence before serving.

Tips:

The color of the tomato sauce is pretty, but the color of the tomato sauce is almost the same. It can also be put in a pressure cooker to make canned fish.
