Home-style Fried Peanuts

Heat the pan with cold oil. After the oil is slightly hot, add the peanuts and stir-fry on a low heat. Be sure to stir-fry constantly. When the peanuts crackle continuously, turn off the heat. Don’t wait until there is no sound, then turn off the fire, it will be muddy

Remove the peanuts, put them in a water-free dish, sprinkle with salt while hot, stir evenly, and let cool. I usually just hit the plate a few times. Crispy and crunchy peanuts are ready to eat
