Home-style Fried Rice Noodles

Soak 2 pieces of rice noodles in cold water in advance, use chopsticks to loosen them, remove and drain the water.

Tips:
1. The rice noodles can be soaked in warm or cold water, but it doesn't take too long, just use chopsticks to pick it up and it can be smooth.
2. The soaked rice noodles must be dried.
