I mainly use vegetarian dishes. I often use two or three kinds of vegetables and stir-fry them together. It saves trouble and is convenient, and I can eat more than one dish. For office workers, it is very suitable for working people because of time constraints.

Home-style Fried Tofu

1. Cut tofu into pieces, slice carrots, cut green garlic sprouts into sections

2. Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, fry the tofu until the surface is slightly yellowed

3. Pour oil in another pot and stir fry carrot slices

4. Stir-fry until soft, add garlic seedlings and stir fry

5. Stir fry evenly

7. Stir fry with fungus and light soy sauce
