Home-style Loofah and Lean Meat Soup

Wash the loofah and cut into pieces

Pour the loofah into the boiling water
3.
After the water boils again, pour in the lean meat prepared in advance
4.
Boil for 5 to 8 minutes and add some salt.
Tips:
When picking a loofah, choose one with a regular shape, well-proportioned shape and the same thickness at both ends. Don't choose one with a swollen body.
