Don’t use fish for braising anymore, it’s much better than braising

Home-style Stewed Fish Cubes

1. Cut the fish into cubes, add Orleans seasoning, light soy sauce, green onion, ginger, catch well and marinate for half an hour

2. Put oil in the pot, add onion and ginger slices, and fry it for a fragrance

3. Spread the marinated fish pieces and pour 1 can of beer

4. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes

5. Finally, add a moderate amount of millet spicy, and cook for a while to get out of the pot

Tips:

The fish marinated in light soy sauce and Orleans seasoning will have a salty taste. Generally, no additional salt is needed. People with heavy taste can add appropriate amount of salt as appropriate
