Homemade Barracuda Stew

Cut the barracuda into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, and marinate for more than half an hour.

Dip the marinated fish in the egg mixture and fry until cooked.

Put the fried fish out, leave a little base oil, and stir-fry the sliced fat pork.

When the fat pork is fried until the oil becomes dry, add the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, and dried red pepper and stir fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water, sprinkles, soy sauce, and fish segments and simmer on high heat. Turn to medium and low heat and continue to simmer.

Sprinkle the leek segments and sesame oil on the pan in about 20 minutes.
