The smiley biscuits made of light ink marks are very cute, the production process is not very complicated, and the amount of eggs is not much, it is worth a try. However, the little biscuits I made did not follow Miyou's recipe completely. The amount of flour, sugar and oil was relatively reduced, but the biscuits made were still sweet and crispy.

Homemade Biscuits

1. Beat the eggs in the container and add all the soft sugar

2. Stir to melt the sugar

3. Add a mixture of flour and cornstarch

4. First use chopsticks to stir into flocculent

5. Knead into a ball and let stand for 10 minutes

6. Roll into a big circle

7. Press out the shape with a small mold

8. After pressing all the pieces, knead the leftover material into a dough and then press out the shape

9. Put tin foil on the baking tray and put the biscuit base on it, then poke a few eyes with chopsticks

10.

11. Put it into the preheated oven and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, and the surface will be colored.

12. After roasting, take out and let cool

Tips:

The amount of sugar used can be added according to your own preferences. If you like sweetness, add more, and vice versa.
