Homemade Black Bean Paste

Soak the black beans one night in advance

Wash it and pour it into a pot and boil it

Tips:
Red beans and mung beans can be made in the same way as beans. It is best to soak and stir-fry the bean paste overnight, so as not to add the amount of sticky pot sugar by yourself. If you like sweetness, add more sugar.
