Homemade Boiled Beef

1. Materials are ready.

2. Beef slices are marinated with starch.

3. Grab the starch, fully fuse it into the meat slices, sprinkle a little salt, and marinate for half an hour.

4. The spicy bean paste made by myself is scooped out of the jar.

5. Add a spoonful of Pixian Douban and mix well.

6. Warm oil in a pan, add sliced ginger, onion and garlic, and saute.

7. Pour in two kinds of bean paste and stir-fry for a nice flavor.

8. Stir fry for red oil.

9. Add a spoonful of homemade green pepper oil, add the peppercorns, and stir-fry on low heat.

10. After stir-frying all the condiments, add an appropriate amount of water.

11. After the soup is boiled, simmer for five minutes on low heat, and then add lotus root slices.

12. After the lotus root slices are boiled, add slices of beef.

13. After all the meat slices are put in, bring to a boil over medium heat, after five minutes, taste the saltiness, add salt chicken essence to the pot.

14. Sprinkle with coriander and shallots.

Tips:

Beef must have a better taste with tenderloin. Green pepper oil is made by yourself, if you don’t have it, you can use ordinary pepper oil.
