Homemade Braised Black Fish

Remove the scales and internal organs of the black fish, wash it well

Cut into pieces, add salt, meat flavour king, thirteen incense, pepper, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and marinate for 20 minutes to taste. You can make it easier without adding any seasoning when you stir fry for a while.
