When I got the idea, I wanted to cook a healthy and delicious braised pork for my child.

Homemade Braised Pork

1. Place the meat in the pot

2. Fry the meat in a dry pan, don’t put any ingredients first

3. Prepare the materials

4. After cutting the meat, put the ginger, garlic and star anise into the pot, and then pour the soy sauce

5. After stirring, add appropriate amount of sugar

6. Add mirin

7. After putting it, add proper amount of water and then add chicken essence

8. Simmer for ten minutes

Tips:

Add the ginger, garlic and star anise together.
