Homemade Braised Pork

Prepare the pork belly, wash, and cut into 2cm square pieces.

Cold water pot.

Next cut meat.

Add a little white wine to get rid of the fishy, and boil for two minutes after the water is boiled.

Wash the small foam on the meat with too cold water.

Cut garlic stalk into sections, rock sugar, millet pepper, ginger, grass fruit, star anise, bay leaf.

Lift the pot and drain the oil.

Add rock sugar and boil the sugar color over a low fire.

Boil until slightly yellow.

Add all the spices and fry them over a low heat to create a fragrance.

Pour in the pork and stir fry evenly.

Each piece is coated with sugar.

Add salt and stir fry evenly, according to your own taste.

Add cooking wine, millet pepper, appropriate amount of water, simmer for 30 minutes.

When the soup is almost dry, add the sliced garlic stalks, stir-fry evenly, and simmer for a few minutes until the soup is completely dry.

Pick up the pot and put it on the plate, ready to serve the rice.
Tips:
The braised pork must be boiled with rock sugar. The color is more red and bright. With the sugar color, the whole dish does not need soy sauce.
