Homemade Bread Crumbs

The steamed buns were ready. The two steamed buns of mine were left out overnight. The water evaporated and became very dry and unpalatable. So use it to make bread crumbs. This kind of dry steamed bread is best for making bread crumbs.

Break the steamed buns into small pieces. There is no need to remove the skin of the steamed buns, just break the small pieces. Put the broken pieces of steamed buns into the baking tray.

Put the steamed buns in the oven and bake them at low temperature to evaporate all the water. If you like white bread crumbs, bake them for about 30 minutes and you can take them out. If you like golden bread crumbs, then increase the temperature. One point, baking and coloring. I made both of them today. It took about 30 minutes to bake. I took out half of it and bake the remaining half for 15 minutes before it turned golden brown.

This is the two-color steamed buns I baked. Adjust the baking time in the oven according to my preference.
