Homemade Brine Popsicles
1.
Find a clean bowl and pour 200ml of hot water. It doesn’t have to be just boiling water, it’s hot. Because it is easy to melt salt and sugar with hot water.
2.
Add salt and sugar, and use a spoon to stir to melt completely.
3.
Add a little cornstarch and mix well. Starch is added for better coagulation. If there is glutinous rice flour, it will feel better because the starch tends to sink to the bottom.
4.
After the sugar water is ready, let cool. In order to prevent small bugs from falling in, it is best to cover it. The popsicle molds were washed and dried in advance. To add a bit of flavor, I added some baking lemon juice to the sugar water and stirred it a few times. Then sub-packaged in the mold.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze them in the refrigerator for at least one day and one night.
Tips:
1. The ratio of sugar to salt is not absolute. Salt water popsicles do not mean that they must be salty. Popsicles are essentially desserts, so they are mainly sweet and have a slight salty taste. After the sugar and water are mixed, you can taste the taste. If it is not suitable, you can increase the amount of sugar and salt until it suits your taste.
2. Instead of making salted ice pops, you can squeeze fruit juice to make fruit pops.
