Homemade Bubble Tea

(Making pearls) First boil a pot of water, weigh 50ml boiling water, pour the brown sugar into the boiling water and stir with a manual whisk until the brown sugar is completely melted

20g evaporated milk can be frothed with a milk tea frother, about 3 minutes

Pour the whipped milk froth directly on top of the milk tea

Just plug in a straw to drink
