Homemade Bubble Tea

Prepare the ingredients

Sago ready

Pour sago into a pot of boiling water and cook

The sago is cooked and removed and drained.

Pour the boiled sago into a cup, so that the pearls of the bubble tea are ready. Although it is a bit small, you can look at it and eat comfortably.

Start making milk tea

It can be seen that when it is boiled, turn it off and change it to a low heat. The milk will easily overflow the pot

Boil the tea on a low heat, and stir while boiling to melt the rock sugar.

Turn off the power, close the lid and simmer for a while

Filter it

Pour the filtered tea leaves back into the electric heating cup again, add appropriate amount of water to boil, the tea leaves cannot be wasted

Filter into the milk tea cup again

A large cup of milk tea, squeeze some lemon juice, otherwise the milky smell will be too strong

Pour the bubble tea into the cup and it's ready

Black tea is best to use tea bags, I don’t have a tea bag and it’s a bit troublesome to use tea leaves
