Homemade Burdock Tea

Wash the burdock and remove some hairs.

Cut crosswise (or diagonally) into slices about 0.3 cm thick.

It can be dried in about 3 days. It can also be baked at low temperature in the oven, but it will take a few hours. Natural drying is best.

Brush the wok clean to ensure that it is oil-free. After heating, put the dried burdock in a small fire and bake until the surface is slightly yellow.

Store in a sealed bottle after cooling thoroughly. Brew it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drink it (repeated brewing for many times). It can also be combined with rock sugar, red dates, and ginseng for better brewing effect. You can also put a little honey to prevent getting angry. After soaking to colorless, chewing effect is better.
