Homemade Capers
1.
Wash the cowpea and dry it! (You don’t need to be too dry, just a bit wilted!)
2.
Wash the mineral water bottle and let it dry!
3.
Finely chop the cowpea and garlic! Add salt!
4.
Stir well and marinate slightly (the cowpeas are marinated with a little water and ready to be bottled!)
5.
Bottling is complete! Tighten the cap! Place in a cool place!
6.
During the fermentation of cowpea, the Panasonic mineral water bottle caps and deflates every day! (Cowpea will produce a lot of gas when it is fermented, and it will "fry" after a long time)
7.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. The mineral water bottle and cowpea must be dried. When cutting the cowpea, the knives and cutting board must be dry! This way the cowpea will not spoil.
2. Use a small mineral water bottle, because one bottle is just the amount of a bowl of vegetables. Whenever you use it, cut the middle of the mineral water bottle directly, it is easy to pour out the capers.
3. It is not necessary to put garlic head.
