Homemade Char Siew

1. Mix the raw materials and auxiliary materials (except honey) and take out the pork belly for one night. (Before marinating, use a fork to cut out the small holes of the pork belly, and the roasted skin will be more crispy).

2. Brush honey.

3. Put it in a preheated oven at 150°C for 80 minutes.

4. Take out the slices to be edible!
