Homemade Chicken Wing Tips

Wash the tips of chicken wings, stir well with appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, and ginger, and marinate for 15 minutes. Hot peppers and carrots, cut well and set aside

Stir fry with hot oil, ginger, onion and garlic

Pour in the tips of chicken wings and stir fry until slightly charred
