Homemade Chili Oil
1.
Wash the dried chilies and control the water
2.
Stir-fry peanuts in an underwater oil pan
3.
Appropriate amount of Chinese pepper star anise and dried chili, stir fry until the chili discolors
4.
Pour it into a meat grinder and grind it into chili powder. I also pour the pepper and peanuts together
5.
You can also use a wall breaker, or use chili powder directly. I think the chili powder I bought is not spicy enough to use dried chili.
6.
Pour oil in the pot and heat it to 80% hot
7.
Add appropriate amount of sesame seeds, pour the oil into the chili powder, and stir while pouring to prevent the chili from zooming
8.
Let it stand for an hour or so, and it’s ready to be preserved in a bottle.
Tips:
I like spicy and spicy so I added Sichuan pepper. The dried pepper is made of Vietnamese pepper. If you taste it, it hurts your mouth. You can choose chili or chili powder according to your preference.
I don’t have white sesame seeds instead of black sesame seeds at home. Adding white sesame seeds will look better
If it’s not too much trouble, you can add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, anise and the like when cooking the oil, the taste will be better
