The self-grown Chaotian peppers are ground chili noodles. The particles are very large. There are a lot of chili seeds that are not completely ground.

Tips:
1. Adding salt to the chili noodles can make the chili oil more fragrant. As the old saying goes, the oil is fragrant with salt;
2. When frying peanuts, be sure to fry them in a cool oil, low heat and slow fry, otherwise the peanuts will be easy to batter. When the peanuts are about to darken, they should be served quickly. The remaining temperature of the oil will keep the peanuts heated and cooked. It is just right. If you wait for the peanuts to darken in color, you can heat them with excess oil, the peanuts will become old, the color will become very dark, and the taste will be bad;
3. If you don't have cooked sesame seeds, you can put raw sesame seeds and salt into the chili noodles first, and the hot oil will be cooked immediately;
4. If you like spicy food, you can put some peppercorns in it when you put the salt, it will taste better.
